The ‘Privacy Judgement,’ where a nine-member Supreme Court bench counted the right to privacy as a fundamental right, redefined the rights of a citizen and put limitations on the state to be invasive of the citizens. The Judgement has far-reaching impacts on citizens and the state, like none in the recent decades.

How do we understand the Privacy Judgement? What are the different layers of this landmark judgement? What are the larger implications of this judgement?
