It is important that the process of review takes into consideration the demands of the community, and provides space for public participation and consultations. This Report and Recommendations of External Review of IFC/MIGA E&S Accountability, including CAO’s Role and Effectiveness makes some important recommendations as a starting point to strengthen the accountability process but building a robust and accountable system willrequire more radical changes.
