Over the last few months the media has been abuzz with claims of “rapid recovery” and “record growth” for the Indian economy. While in the first and the second sessions of the series we interrogated several of these numbers and the government’s steps towards “recovery”, in this third session we will try to fathom what these so called claims of “recovery” have actually meant for the people.
